Registration for the 2009 Year of Lace is open from August 10 2008 - January 15 2009. We do not anticipate limiting the number of registrations, but do sign up early! Once the January 15 deadline passes, we will be unable to add you to this great program.

You can also register over the phone by calling (403) 802-4770. We are available Monday - Thursday, 11am - 7pm, Friday from 11am - 5pm, Saturday from 10am - 5pm and Sunday from noon - 4pm. We are located in Calgary, Canada, in Mountain Time.
If registering by phone, please have the following information handy:
- Name and shipping address of subscriber
- Email of subscriber
- Visa, Mastercard or American Express number

gift subscriptions
The Year of Lace makes a great gift for the knitter in your life! To order a gift subscription, just include the recipient's details in the comments field when you purchase online, or let us know by phone. Please do let us know if it's a surprise, or if we should hold off contacting that lucky knitter until a certain future date.
how we ship
Canada and International kits will be shipped via Canada Post. Within Canada, you can expect to receive your kit within 3 weeks of shipment date, generally around the 3rd weekend of the month. Kits sent to Europe, Australia, or the rest of the world may take up to 6 weeks. For our subscribers in the US, we have been able to ship your kits from within the US. Your kits will arrive within 1 week of shipment date, in most cases. We try to stagger the shipping dates so that most folks receive their kits in a similar timeframe. However, please understand that once the kits are off and running, exact delivery date is out of our control.
Due to the large volume, cost and complexity of shipping, we are unable to provide tracking or signature confirmation on any shipments.
